By downloading, installing, or using the Void's Horizon app ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Void's Horizon is a single-player, tilt-controlled marble maze game for Android. The game is played offline; all levels and assets are bundled with the app.
The app offers optional cosmetic purchases ("megapacks") that unlock additional visual skins. These purchases are non-consumable and are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. Payment is handled by Google under its own terms. Cosmetic purchases do not affect gameplay difficulty or progression. All sales are final; no refunds will be provided except where required by applicable law or by Google Play's refund policies.
All content in the app — including its code, artwork, level designs, and audio — is owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
The developer may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for any violation of these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
