By downloading or using The Long Haul, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The Long Haul is a trailer and RV companion app for iOS. It provides tools for trip planning and logging, maintenance tracking, checklists, campsite browsing, weather forecasts, and iCloud-based data sync.
All content, design, code, and materials in The Long Haul are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced via your private iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data you enter. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Long Haul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit and may not always be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on weather forecasts.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the app at any time. We may also terminate your access to any associated services if you violate these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
