By downloading or using Scry ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Scry, an Android application developed and published by Trenton Dyck ("developer", "I", "me"). By installing or using the App, you accept these terms in full.
Scry is a card evaluation tool for Magic: The Gathering Arena limited formats. It provides a card browser, deck analyzer, and mulligan simulator using card data from Scryfall and win-rate ratings from 17lands. The App is provided as-is for informational and entertainment purposes. Features and content may change at any time.
Card names, artwork, and game rules text are the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast. Scry is an unofficial fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, Scryfall, or 17lands. Card data is fetched from the Scryfall API and 17lands under their respective terms of use.
All original App code, design, and UI are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of card ratings or data, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or inaccurate card evaluations.
I reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict access to it at any time, without notice.
I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
